One on one change coaching is intended for individuals who are ready to make significant changes in their lives. We use most illustrious techniques of Neuro-linguistic Programing and other coaching skills, that will ensure you are on the right path toward the desired change. We are experts in weight loss, career orientation and achieving goals. Together we are going to create an impactful, meaningful and above all successful blueprint for the future of your own design.

I know what it feels like when you feel lost and frustrated, not knowing in which direction to go. I have been there several times and was able to master the craft of achieving what I want, which was not easy. Now I can share my knowledge and expertize with you and help you find your way, find your voice and become a fulfilled and authentic individual.

Most changes can be done in 4 sessions, as we use deep integrative techniques that will align your mind, body and soul. After each session you will be able to feel and see the changes all around you, and you will know right from the start – that you are able to achieve your goal.

We will change your limiting beliefs, resolve internal conflicts, fears, traumas, unhealthy habits and work with your deepest emotions. When we clear out the limitations that were blocking you, we will align your goals, and integrate resources that will propel you toward your desired outcome. Resources such as motivation, resilience, new habits, supportive beliefs, creativity together with resourceful states and emotions that will help you bring out the best in you.
